A gentleman named Will was super friendly and helpful and advised me that my beloved shoes were not passed their best (as i had feared) and offered to try to bring them back from a certain demise.

Amazing experience in an amazing store. Went in for a quick bit of advice and was met with the most helpful team. After suffering a stain to my Loakes I was given a variety of options to attempt to restore to original look and feel. Will was super knowledgeable, very genuine and a credit to the brand. Walked away with confidence to restore my shoes and the equipment to do it. Customer service above and beyond anything I’ve experienced before.

Purchased a lovely pair of shoes there in January 2022. Delighted with the very knowledgeable, professional and non-pushy service. I live in the United States & tried to order on your website but could never complete a transaction for some shoes. I was in Oxford a few years ago & purchased some shoes that I love but I haven’t been able to order your shoes since I live in the USA

They sell shoes here, good for people who have feet.

Staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Have bought things from there previously and am always greeted with a smile. The service is consistent and always feel like my questions have been answered with my thoughts about the products in mind
