We engaged Duncan Crawford to do our loft extension from start (survey) to finish (contracts and management of building). We couldn’t be more delighted with the results! The ADD campign worked closely with West Waddy over a six year period to oppose a major developmentof over 5000 houses included in the draft Eastleigh Borough local plan. The planning consultancy imput from WW, particularly through Steve Pickles, was essential to the success we achieved when in 2020 the Planning Inspector, following her Examination in Public, rejected EBC’s strategic growth option.
After a comprehensive search we decided to go with West Waddy to oversee our planning application for ‘change of use’. We were immediately comforted by the professionalism and attention to detail afforded by Ifti Maniar and his team. Needless to say our application was eventually approved by the local planning department. We are extremely grateful for all the advice, hard work and calm support provided. We would definitely recommend West Waddy.
We (Local charity -TRINC) have engaged with WWA via Housing 21 and found them to be both approachable and helpful in the development of a care home scheme in Thurston, Suffolk
