What We Offer:

We are Archway kennels is a small exclusive kennels, holding only 40 dogs at full capacity. As an elite kennels, we pride ourselves on being able to give your dog a truly fantastic doggy holiday, caring for each dog as if it were our own. We have the maximum 5 star DEFRA rating from South Oxfordshire council. Our kennels are bright, spacious and well heated with individual heat lamps. Each one is 14’ by 5’ with a bed area and integral run, to which the dogs have full access 24 hours a day.  A member of staff is always on site and the kennel block is kept alarmed and has CCTV monitoring.

Absolutely lovely. My dog was very happy each time he visited. They always looked after him with the utmost love and care. I would highly recommend whether it’s a day stay or an extended one.
We first used these kennels for our cockapoo when we had Covid and could not walk her as often as she needed. She absolutely love it there.
The very best kennels in Oxfordshire or maybe even The UK. The team here are incredible, and are 1 million times better than any other we have come across. Really great for helping our rescue dog socialise too!

What We Offer:

Set in beautiful Oxfordshire countryside between Oxford and Bicester you can leave your dog in the knowledge she is happy and well cared for whilst you are away. We are very proud of our boarding kennel facilities and the attention we give your pet whilst he is in our care. Every dog is cared for with love. Your dog will run out in either our woodland enrichment area or our mound run off the lead, play with a boomer ball or Frisbee and enjoy the outdoors. Each pet has his own inside kennel area with heating and access all day to his own covered outside area too. we give your dog a kong stuffed with a treat or a fresh bone or chew

Great place, the staff and facilities are excellent and you can go away confident you don’t have to worry about your dog.
My two dogs had a great time at Barnewood whilst I was on holiday. In fact, the daily photos were incredibly reassuring and I would happily recommend them to anyone who wants a fantastic kennel for their dogs. These are just some of the photos of my dogs taken when I was on holiday. My westie is 13 and a half and was clearly loving the stay at Barnewood 🙂
Our dog was well looked after and though glad to see us didn’t seem to have missed us at all.

I have over 10 years’ experience looking after small and large animals. I have always enjoyed caring for animals and we own several different pets. We have a wide range of indoor cages in a secure and safe building just outside our front door set up for caring for small animals. Weather permitting pets will spend time in our outdoor pens to exercise and graze through the day in our shaded and secure garden behind our home.

I’ve used this service twice and been thoroughly impressed both times. For two male guinea pigs, the cage size was great, and they came home looking well fed and happy. Drop-off and pick-up also couldn’t have been any easier and the option to leave behind transport cages/boxes behind is a bonus.
Oxford Small Pet Boarding did a fantastic job looking after my daughters Conure while we had 2 weeks holiday in the summer. Their communication is excellent, they answered all our questions, let us visit in advance and nothing was to much trouble.

Megan loves her little furry guests and treats them as if they are her own.
