I’ve used East Oxford Garage for years, it’s not the nearest garage to me, but the only one I’ll use. I trust the staff completely. My recent visit was for my own reassurance that my steering wasn’t about to fail. They checked it over for me and confirmed that everything was ok and nothing to worry about. Such a relief. And there was no charge. Excellent service, I would highly recommend them.

These guys treated me great. They were professional, honest, good communicators and fast. But more importantly, they went the extra mile. My car had a difficult problem and a hard to find part and they put in a lot of effort to help me out. They aren’t just trying to do the work that is easy for them to make money on–they are actually trying to take care of their customer.
These guys are top notch. Had a compressor and fan belt replaced on a Peugeot 308. Car was collected and dropped off as part of the service. Very reasonable pricing. Quality work, and no ‘hidden extras’ to surprise you. If you don’t know much about cars, or if you’ve had bad experiences with mechanics/garages in the past, TJ Hall is the garage to go to.
I try and do many of my own car repairs but when I can’t I trust these guys to do it. Always helpful, will give you a quote and leave it up to you to decide. Work is always done well and very quickly. Honest about what works needs doing and what doesn’t. Only place I’d use in Oxford.
