It was a pleasure to work with Richard, the owner. He promptly returned my call to schedule an appointment, was very polite and flexible with offering various time slots. Extremely punctual as well, which is a rarity these days.
Excellent quality and value for money, responsive and on time! We used Grimebusters services to get our carpets cleaned recently and we are so happy with the decision. The whole job was booked in and done in 1 day, and Lewis and Richard were extremely competent at what they do. Really pleased with the service and would highly recommend!
Easy to arrange in advance. Lewis arrived punctually and worked very efficiently and effectively to leave my carpets clean in a relatively short time. He was honest about any stains he coudn’t remove. He was also careful with furniture and objects around the place and left everything neat and tidy when he’d finished. Great job.
