What We Offer:

Ardley United were formed in 1945 just after the end of the Second World War. In the early years, the club plied its trade in the Lord Jersey FA and played on a pitch which was situated close to the railway line on the Oxford Road. The 1950’s and ‘60’s were successful for the club as they won both league titles and cups; most notably the Oxfordshire Junior Shield on three occasions as well as many other trophies.The acquisition of the current Playing Field site in the mid-60’s enabled the club to move into the heart of the village, and a number of volunteers led by life-long supporter Doug Hodges built modest changing rooms.

Nice football ground
A great small football ground next to the village hall. Only place to watch Arley home games.
Under 9’s football game, most lovely atmosphere I have experienced at a kids football game. And they sold tea, coffee and homemade flapjacks.

What We Offer:

Kingston Colts Football Club is a village club located in Kingston Bagpuize that has FA Chartered status, run by parents for the enjoyment and development of its members – the children. In each age group parents act as team managers and coaches, who in turn are supported by other parents who help with marking out pitches, setting up the goal posts, acting as referees, and making teas and coffees to keep everyone warm on cold winter mornings. Everyone has a role to play. We have teams playing in both the Oxford Mail youth leagues and North Berks Adults.

Fabulous area for sporting facilities – perfect for nurturing up and coming talent. Watched a brilliant game of under 7s football – great coaching, perfectly delivered at the right level, promoting fun and a natural development. The children really enjoyed the match – what more can you ask!

Carterton Football Club’s Youth teams play in the Oxfordshire Youth Football League. The Oxfordshire Youth Football League provides football opportunities for over 7500 children in over 550 teams from 92 clubs from across Oxfordshire and surrounding counties.
