Her professionalism, responsiveness and understanding of our brief were 100% and I could not believe how expansive her knowledge is of the product, sizes, processes and adaptions that can be made. There have been a few issues with some of the components of my kitchen outsourced by Harvey Jones, but Stacey from the Oxford branch has worked tirelessly to sort these out and keep me informed of any developments.
Really great quality kitchen and services. The process was made so easy by Hannah in the Oxford showroom and any issues were sorted. Everyone who works in the showroom is very friendly and helpful and delivered an excellent service.

As far as showrooms go, this is a great one. I’m reviewing the showroom and not necessarily the service or products. They have around 50 kitchens on display and a full range of sinks, handles and more. The staff are welcoming, helpful and kind. Even if you don’t buy kitchens from them, it’s worth visiting to get ideas. Overall, a great space for all things kitchen.

Amy from the Fort Kinnaird branch was amazing. From the initial design to the final design nothing was too much trouble, even when we changed our minds a dozen times.

Excellent and professional work completed. Our designer, Steven excelled himself to what we asked for in making our dream kitchen come true. Thanks Wren, Steven and to the installers too. Would highly recommend

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen provided by Richard at Benchmark Kitchens. The quality and design exceeded our expectations. Richard was a pleasure to work with and very patient during our decision-making, nothing was too much trouble. The fitter, Paul, was also excellent. Perfect and very highly recommended.
We wanted a full kitchen refit, including a knock-through kitchen-diner. Richard came up with a lovely design that accommodated all of our needs. We really appreciated the project management that Benchmark supplied too, from arranging fitters, plasterers and rubbish disposal. A great job at a good price.
