Both my daughter and I are Tiger members and it’s our favourite thing to do! We feel a great sense of belonging and constantly learn and develop both in fitness and kickboxing skills. So much fun! The whole instructor team is so great, providing lots of support balanced with challenge so you can stretch yourself. The kids classes are amazing! As a parent I am really impressed with how the learning in class extends into life at home. And particularly how confidence building it has been for my daughter. She absolutely loves it
Our two sons joined Tiger about a year ago and loved it from day one. The instructors are so good with kids, making them feel welcome from the start and breaking down the techniques really well. Our boys love it. I have no idea how the instructors remember everyone’s names but they do! In fact, the club has such a strong community ethos that I’ve joined the Adult Classes! Cannot recommend them enough!
Definitely recommended! I’ve joined the Tiger Martial Arts online course since last March – my main goal was to stay in shape and release some mental stress from work and the lockdown. Since the beginning until now, everyday I’ve been looking forward to the training after a whole day sitting in front of the laptop.

My daughters started to train at Rising Spirit Academy 4month ago and they love the classes, they practice the moves they learned at home as well. Mr Williams is very encouraging throughout the sessions and teaches simply and effectively. I can see the increase of strength, energy and confidence in my children. A great training academy – excellent training in a well organised, welcoming and supportive setting. Our son joined as an 8 y.o., is now a black belt, has benefitted hugely from the weekly discipline, and will continue to do so
Really good quality courses with clear goals set with individual as well as group guidance to achieve these. I’ve progressed from the Positive Start course onto the Leadership Black Belt programme during the pandemic because of the additional attention and coaching provided by Mr Williams.

Been going for a couple of weeks and it’s great! The atmosphere is really good and the instructors are all amazing. I never did martial arts before and I would recommend it to anyone regardless of age or skill level since everyone will make you feel welcome and you will never be bored as the classes are all different, from a very intense work out to more technical classes and, if you’re up to it, sparring. Overall excellent experience.
Brilliant place for kick boxing at all levels and ages. Both myself and my 6 year old started from scratch and are addicted! My fitness is better than it’s ever been before and I can’t wait to get to the sessions. There’s so much diversity in what we do there that you never get bored or complacent and the team and members are so friendly and supportive.
Excellent club! My son has been going regularly for 2 years now. The team are so supportive and understanding yet still maintain the discipline expected from a martial arts club. My son’s confidence has grown along with his physical health.
