Wow what an experience I had today with Russell as soon as I walked in the door made my feel very welcome, very friendly and was extremely reassuring. He told me everything he was going to do before he did it and made me feel very comfortable as this was my first massage he explained my pains and knew exactly how to relieve them. I will definitely be returning for more sessions.
Fantastic place. Had a two hour sports massage with number of chiropractic adjustments done by Russell. Many of my problem areas were picked up on without me even mentioning them. A very relaxing and very helpful, practical session.
A fantastic deep tissue massage that really addressed my problem areas, injuries and underlying, unidentified issues. Highly recommend booking in with Russell who totally understands biomechanics and how to address a myriad of health issues. Great surroundings, nice atmosphere and perfect treatment.

Lynn is a fantastic massage therapist who works with her patients to understand their needs and treats them with a brilliant blend of clinical massage and relaxation. Lynn also offers dry needling which has been very effective for me personally. Lynn’s clinic is spotlessly clean and she is very professional. I would highly recommend her.

Attended to have my belated birthday present from the NHS – a scan of my Aorta. The lass doing the test was brilliant. I would have given the fifth star if the receptionist had not expressed attitudes which seem to be included in the job description that goes with these positions of presumed authority.
Absolutely brilliant service and treatment. Had ribs repositioned in my back after months of pain with a trapped nerve and within 2-3 days I never had any pain again from it. Great service from the booking to waiting times and staff friendliness.
Hi a few weeks ago I had been suffering muscle tension headaches, I decided to go to see a chiropractor at this clinic. The chiropractor was very understanding and more or less diagnosed my problem there and then,within a few treatments my headaches had been reduced considerably. I am very happy with the outcome would recommend
