I highly recommend the MHFA course to anyone who is considering taking it as it is well worth it. I feel much more confident in my ability to respond appropriately to anyone who might be experiencing mental health crises. The course was enriched our extremely knowledgeable instructor, Vimla, and the other participants, as people spoke openly and honestly about their experiences.
I really enjoyed this course and would definitely recommend it.
It was a virtual course for social distancing reasons. I found attending virtually was really convenient, because it allowed me to attend from the comfort of my own home.

I has put a 3* review, after thinking about the service I’ve received I couldn’t hold the drs account for the attitude & belittlement frm a separate part of the hospital! & unfortunately the drs having to abide by the covid rules hasn’t helped, although priority is given for most at risk, but many (unless private) will no doubt have to rely on their local hospitals!
