It was my dog Alfie’s first time at the parlour today and he looks absolutely gorgeous, so thanks to all staff.
Lovely friendly staff, my pupper really enjoys being groomed here, she always comes away happy and the staff really do take that extra special care over her.
Great grooming parlour. Abi & Zoe are lovely and are brilliant with my large fur baby. Had a bad experience at the previous place we used which affected Taurus a lot. He was very nervous when we first went but Abi was fantastic and he had short sessions that were gradually increased. Every time we go now he always has a song for Abi & Zoe (when hes not back chatting them

I’m more than confident that if you wanted a different longer cut for your doodle, Headington Hounds will do a wonderful job). She arranged pick up and drop off and her coat is perfectly even, we were so pleased she could make time for Nala because she was getting very hot and uncomfortable in the weather!
Took my small 10 year old pup here as lockdown was lifted & liked that it was a small home operation. Caught some of the products used (shampoo) & noticed they were good organic products.

I have been taking my Westie here for over 3 years and find Fiona and her daughter very friendly and very helpful. On every visit we have a quick review as to exactly what I think I want and what actually will be the outcome. I have always taken Fiona’s advice.

We’ve been looking for someone reliable to take on the task of stripping our 11 years old border terrier, Flo, for a couple of years now (seriously!!) We had a free consultation to talk about the condition of her coat, her age, suitability for continued stripping vs clipping etc, then booked her in for the strip itself.
I am reviewing Canis Finest Grooming for their Grooming school and educational services. They’re all very knowledgeable and experienced in breed standard grooms and pet grooms, providing all students with correct tools and equipment. The studio is equipped with all grooming tools and staff have detailed knowledge on all techniques needed. It’s been a real pleasure training with Judy and her team. I’d highly recommend this grooming school to anyone.
The staff are lovely and understanding. My two dogs always come out after their appointment to a consistently high standard. The staff took the time to understand my dogs and what I would like for them. Responsive to requests for appointments and accommodating for the need to reschedule etc.
