Friendly staff. Sunday Roast was slightly delayed and I was offered a free drink as a gesture of good will which I thought was very generous particularly as I wasn’t even aware of having been waiting. Talking of generous, the portion was very much so as most of my friends commented when I shared a picture of it. Good selection of beers available to wash it down so all in all I would highly recommend having a Sunday Roast at the Oxfordshire Yeoman.
Popped in for a dinner with the family. What a great atmosphere and tasty pub food. Burgers particularly good! Very friendly staff and a good selection of beers on tap. Will definitely recommend.
Lovely village pub, very friendly and welcoming staff who were incredibly attentive and helped sort our little people out. Roast dinner was a great addition to our Sunday.

The Barley Mow

Somerton Rd, Upper Heyford, Bicester OX25 5LB, United Kingdom
What We Offer:
We’re very proud of our traditional English food here at The Barley Mow. Everything on our menu is freshly home-cooked, and every Sunday our chefs put together one of the best roasts in Oxfordshire. In the summer, our garden hog roasts and barbecues always draw in the crowds – with great grilled meat washed down with sumptuous real ales.

I can’t rate this pub highly enough. The warmest welcome, delicious home cooked food (lasagne and steak & ale pie were especially good) and ran by such lovely people 🏆 there’s even a playground outside thanks guys. Hope to come back
Visited on 15th April Good Friday. It was busy. Found this to be a ‘drinkers’ pub which serves bar meals without ‘dining etiquette’. A poor range of bitters and only one Fuller’s on the bar. Nothing was up to the Fuller’s standard I’ve experienced previously.
Best home cooked food in the area, by a long way…7/10/20 returned under new management. Great choice of food great meal.

Teardrop

Superb hidden gem in Oxford. Serving cask & keg beer as well as stocking only their own or local breweries beers, and great spirits. They also have a little wine shop attached. Lovely location in covered market. That was a nice experience. Worth to visit again.
Lovely Beers, wines and service today. By chance we had cheese and biscuits from local cheese counter (for a picnic) and the lovely people provided wood platters and cutlery and napkins so we could eat there! Just brilliant. Sampling flights of wine or beer highly recommend.
Great beer from their own brewery, plus some guests – on cask and keg. And a selection of their own bottles too
