Wow what an experience I had today with Russell as soon as I walked in the door made my feel very welcome, very friendly and was extremely reassuring. He told me everything he was going to do before he did it and made me feel very comfortable as this was my first massage he explained my pains and knew exactly how to relieve them. I will definitely be returning for more sessions.
Fantastic place. Had a two hour sports massage with number of chiropractic adjustments done by Russell. Many of my problem areas were picked up on without me even mentioning them. A very relaxing and very helpful, practical session.
A fantastic deep tissue massage that really addressed my problem areas, injuries and underlying, unidentified issues. Highly recommend booking in with Russell who totally understands biomechanics and how to address a myriad of health issues. Great surroundings, nice atmosphere and perfect treatment.

The best massage I think I’ve ever had! Such a lovely place and kind welcoming staff. I got lost trying to get three, I called them as they were so helpful! Honestly it’s a hidden gem.
Fantastic. £20 per person for 4hr use of facilities. So quiet and relaxing. Staff so friendly
They were so polite and helpful! Wonderful service and they are so good at it! Definitely check it out 😊 also they kept the rooms, sitting area etc. extremely hygienic!

The new premises of Pure Indulgence Day Spa are beautiful and tastefully decorated. Having received a number of wonderfully relaxing treatments, I can highly recommend this spa. I left feeling relaxed and thoroughly spoilt. The care and attention was second to none. In addition to the treatments I received, I also spent time in the relaxation room which had a very relaxing atmosphere and was charming. I will definitely be returning to this spa.

I recently enjoyed a highly professional and excellent service at Pure Indulgence Day Spa. The therapists went out of their way to make me have the best spa experience to date – which was achieved greatly.
Well what an afternoon! A body scrub followed by a beautiful shower, Body lotion smothered over me, followed by a facial and head massage! I felt relaxed – I may have even fallen asleep! The products felt amazing, my skin glowed for days after! Recommend this spa.
